Abdominoplasty

Abdominal bulge, skin laxity, stretch marks, and excess fat can result from pregnancy and weight loss/gain. In most cases, no amount of exercise or diet can sufficiently resolve these changes. During an Abdominoplasty, in addition to skin removal, we can also tighten the abdominal muscles, correct rectus diastasis, and perform monsplasty (tightening of the skin in the pubic area.)

Brazilian Butt Lift

The Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure that harvests excess fat from areas where fat is no longer wanted. The fat is purified and processed, then reinjected into a new area to create better shaping of the gluteal region. This type of contouring cannot be accomplished by diet and exercise. Many patients combine Brazilian Butt Lift surgery with other body contouring procedures such as a tummy tuck or breast augmentation.

Post Bariatric Skin Removal

This cosmetic procedure includes the removal of excess skin and fat post weight loss surgery. Skin removal surgery is typically 18-24 months after bariatric bypass and once a patient's weight has stabilized. Procedures such as gastric bypass and laparoscopic gastric band (lap band) can produce a dramatic weight loss and promote a state of both physical and emotional health; the skin removal process is another step to complete the transformation.

Brachioplasty

Excess skin and fat of the upper arms can result from heredity or significant weight loss. Being unable to wear tank tops, bathing suits, or other sleeveless tops and dresses are common complaints.

Labiaplasty

Nationwide, one of the fastest-growing types of aesthetic plastic surgery. Most patients seeking labiaplasty feel that there is too much labia. Others feel bulky in pants or a bathing suit to the point of not wanting to wear any revealing clothing. The final group of patients seeking such surgery are active and complain of rubbing. Labiaplasty is a surgical reduction of the labia, and this delicate procedure is customized for each patient and can be done in the office.

Thigh Lift

Medial Thighplasty or Thigh Lift improves the appearance of a person’s legs by removing excess fat, tissue, and skin from the inner and outer thighs. Also referred to as thighplasty, surgery is often performed following extreme weight loss and is one of many post-bariatric cosmetic surgery procedures available.

Body Lift

Body lift surgery helps adjust the body's contours for a more youthful, proportionate, and appealing appearance. This procedure is ideal for those who have experienced extreme weight loss or have excess, sagging skin and fat tissue around the thighs, abdomen, buttock, and hip area. A body lift is one of many post-bariatric cosmetic surgery procedures available.

Liposuction

Liposuction entails the removal of localized excess fat in areas that do not respond to diet and exercise. The best liposuction techniques are selected in consideration of your goals and your physical requirements. Liposuction is performed with several small incisions overlying the areas of thinning tissue. Liposuction is an outpatient procedure.

Body

Symmetry and proportion define the ideal physique. Modern surgical body contouring procedures can be utilized to sculpt all areas of the body, including the arms, midsection, buttocks and legs, rendering them tone and revealing one’s natural, balanced figure.
